1. Use of the App
Cadence is a personal productivity application intended to help users manage tasks, habits, and focus. You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only.
2. Account & Data
Cadence does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for maintaining your own data.
3. Purchases & Subscriptions
Some features of Cadence are available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store. Cadence does not manage or store payment information.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
4. Free Trials
A free trial is offered, it will not automatically convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends.
5. Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used to improve the app, without obligation or compensation.
6. Availability & Changes
Cadence is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cadence is not responsible for any loss of data, productivity, or outcomes resulting from the use of the app.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code related to Cadence are the property of its developer and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Termination
You may stop using Cadence at any time by uninstalling the app.
